About the role

Waterfield is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to support go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate would be the in-house functional expert for all written communication and social media. This is a high impact role with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s messaging to its clients, prospects, and talent.

What will you be responsible for?

• Lead and build best-in-class content marketing campaigns.
• Understand the business, product & client journey and how content marketing fits in.
• Design the content strategy for launch of new initiatives.
• Work with senior leadership to bring out opinion pieces for top tier publications such as Forbes, Fortune India, Mint.
• Own, manage, and drive higher engagement for Vault - Waterfield’s thought leadership content platform.
• Create and execute the content calendar for social media and website.
• Work with design teams to create content assets across all digital channels.
• Creative writing-focused role developing content (email copy, web copy, blog posts, social media content, etc.).
• Reusing existing content in efficient ways.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as writers, editors, social media, content distribution and SEO specialists to create and refresh content to capture crucial SERP real estate.
• Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high quality content and tracking progress across writing, design and publication.
